How to Refund on Cancelled Cebu Pacific Flights

Cebu Pacific recently announced that they are extending the coverage of their travel options for passengers with flights from July 1 to September 30, 2020 due to the COVID-19 situation.

You can rebook your flights for free or put them in a travel fund. You should have received an email about the instructions and options.

Here’s the snippet of the email:

Option 1: Put the full cost of your ticket in a  Travel Fund  or virtual wallet, which you can use as form of payment for future bookings. We have extended its validity to 1 year, so you have  plenty of time to decide on when to fly for your next trip.

Converting your flight to Travel Fund is easy! Just follow the simple steps below BEFORE your scheduled flight date:

Option 2: Rebook your flight once for FREE by clicking here. To help you in this challenging time, we are waiving the change fee. A minimal fare difference may apply.  As our valued customer, we will continue to provide you with updates for any developments. Thank you for your continued trust in Cebu Pacific. We look forward to when every Juan will fly again.

If your flight has been declared as officially cancelled, that’s the only time you can claim for a full refund  which might take 3-4 billing cycles to your credit card.
